Escot Valley Farm is a small start up family farm. We are focused on sheep dairying and the production of artisanal cheese. In season we also offer pastured poultry, eggs, grass fed lamb/goat on the hoof, and fine wool/cashmere products. We follow organic farming principles and feed only certified organic grains to our chickens.
